A NON- refundable and non-transferable DEPOSIT HOLD of $50 is required to BOOK your date and we collect the TOTAL balance upon ending of service.
Gratuity / Tipping is optional and NOT expected
No Shows will BE CHARGED THE $50 DEPOSIT HOLD
If you are late more than 15 minutes you will be considered a NO show and you will have to reschedule as there will not be enough time to complete the procedure. Your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a redeposit.
Please note that any cancellation will result in loss of HOLD deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me 3 days before your appointment. If you fail to reschedule, a redeposit will be required for a second booking.

* Under 18 years old
* Pregnant/breastfeeding
* Sick (coughing, cold/flu symptoms)
* Allergic to pigmentation and makeup
* Skin rash, eczema, blisters, blemishes, acne, psoriasis around eyebrow area
* Have a transmittable disease (e.g. HIV, hepatitis)
* Have cancer and/or undergoing chemo/radiation
* Taking blood thinning medication
* Diabetes
* Tanning in the sun/booth -> must be ceased 2 weeks before
* On skin treatment (e.g. accutane, antibiotics, iron supplements)
* Have a history of keloid scarring
* Have vitiligo
* Have high blood pressure
* Had botox done within the last 4-6 weeks prior to your appointment
